To celebrate the year as the European Capital of Culture, Car-Free Avenue is introducing foreign artists. On July 18th, the Finnish soul music band Pulkka will take the stage.

In the beautiful city of Turku, Finland, the best professional musicians of the young generation met each other. Their souls are united by love for the best music – soul. In Tartu they will be playing grooving classics from artists such as Robert Glasper, Yebba, and Michael Jackson. All this has been loaded in the Finns’ favorite winter sports equipment – Pulkka, (Kelk ). Welcome to the gig!
