The life and buzz of Küüni Street will get a special boost on City Day, when it once again becomes Tartu’s official Creative Street! The street will treat visitors to a full day of unique creative and literary bites from both Tartu and beyond.
Guests include the musical director of the City Day gala concert Mihhail Gerts, musician and poet EiK, writer and musician Jaan Pehk, Tartu city writer Tõnis Vilu, the Seto Royal Theatre, Bertram Studios dance school, Biblioteek bookstore, Biit Me record store, and the Pisila children’s area.

The Tartu Youth Work Center will bring creative writing and crafting workshops to Creative Street, and together with TYPA, you’ll be able to try your hand at Suminagashi, the art of paper marbling.
The day will be hosted by writer Lauri Räpp.
