The life and buzz of Küüni Street will get a special boost on City Day, when it once again becomes Tartu’s official Creative Street!

At 5 PM, musician and poet EiK takes the stage on Creative Street. At 5:40 PM, he will talk about his work, answer questions, and sign autographs for fans.

EiK is an Estonian musician and poet, who blends genres from indie and electronic to punk and hip hop, always bringing focus on his tender and ingenious lyrics. He wrote his first verses at the age of 6 and since the start of his musical career in 2014, the author has proven to be one of the most productive and unique creators of Estonia’s contemporary music scene.

Be it a sold out solo show or an intimate poetry night, EiK never misses the opportunity to hit the audience with his tireless energy and genre-bending sounds and lyrics, which the listeners tell their friends about for years. EiK’s live performances are accompanied by a band consisting of award-winning singer, songwriter and producer Maris Pihlap and well-renowned producer, guitarist and bassist Mattias Tirmaste.
