Car-Free Avenue and Tartu Youth Work Center invite you to youth area! This creative Sunday, Tartu City Museum welcomes you to the workshop “My Tartu,” where participants can design their own neighborhood flag.
In the Tartu City Museum workshop “My Tartu,” participants can design their own district flags. Currently, only three districts in Tartu have official flags: Karlova, Tammelinn, and Supilinn. The remaining districts still lack this important symbol. In the museum workshop, participants will create a flag for their district and can even make a prototype on the spot. The museum will reuse its old banners for crafting, cutting them into blank flags. Museum staff will provide information about the exhibition and Tartu’s districts to ensure participants are as inspired as possible during their design process.
A new exhibition, “Our Tartu,” which tells the colorful stories of our districts, is open at the Tartu City Museum, Narva mnt 23.
